The Louisville Recreation Center is a state of the art facility offering the latest free weight, circuit weight and cardiovascular equipment for our guests. In addition we offer a full schedule of group fitness classes (FIT ZONE classes) including group cycling, yoga, kick boxing, pilates and many more drop in classes. In addition to drop in classes the recreation center offers a variety of other classes from a hiking group in the summer and fall, marathon and triathlon training classes to balance classes and yoga and pre-natal yoga. Welcome to the “FIT ZONE”!

Admission to “Fit Zone” fitness classes listed below are included in your daily, 20-visit card or annual membership at the Recreation Center.  Classes are held upstairs in the “Fit Zone” room.   All instructors hold a national certification and first-aid/CPR.  It is recommended that all persons starting an exercise program consult their physician prior to participation. Additionally, for your safety and the safety of others, participants must at least 15 years of age.

Equipment Orientations
Equipment orientations are available, please call Donna or Nimira to set up an appointment. Cardiovascular equipment and circuit weights will be demonstrated. Please call 303.666.7400 ext 4947. Orientations are free with daily admission.
