How To Join
Joining is easy! Just stop by the the Louisville Recreation Center at 900 Via Appia Way in Louisville. There is no initiation fee for any pass type. You may choose from the options below to purchase a membership. 20 and 10 visit cards must be paid in full and expire 1 year from the date of purchase, and require a $5 cancellation fee (no auto debits). New members will be required to have a photograph taken at the center and will be issued a membership card.
Pay In Full
Payment for a monthly membership can be made using cash, check, or credit card.
Monthly Auto-Debit
For your convenience monthly passes may be purchased by auto-debit. We will automatically deduct the monthly amount of any monthly pass directly from a checking account. Please bring a voided blank check to establish the debit. The membership and debits will continue until the guest requests a cancellation. Automatic deductions occur on the 15th of the month. Cancellation of the contract must be requested by the 5th of the month.
