Classes & Workshops
A variety of classes and workshops are offered to optimize mental health and well-being. Cooking, cards, art, computers are just a few examples!

Fitness & Sports
Different types of fitness classes and sports opportunities to optimize physical and mental health and well-being. Getting involved also promotes social engagement. Designed to suit all levels of fitness from chair exercises to yoga to softball and more!

Health & Wellness
Educational programs to promote physical and mental health and well-being include massage therapy, foot reflexology, health screenings/clinics and more! Services and classes also address basic needs for older adults.

Money Matters
Programs and services to address basic needs. Money matters assist with income taxes, property taxes, property tax work-off, energy assistance and other financial assistance and referrals.

Regular Happenings
Ongoing programs an activities designed to promote social and civic engagement. Meet new friends, volunteer, exercise, learn or just hang out! There is something for everyone at the Louisville Senior Center.

Resources
A Community Resource Coordinator is available to assist in addressing basic needs, maximizing independence and supporting caregivers. Information and referral is available for emergencies, employment, food, housing, financial assistance, health, transportation, home care, legal, caregiving and counseling.

Special Events
Daytime and evening special events to promote social and civic engagement offering cultural dinners, art shows and games!

Support Groups
Support groups optimize mental health and well-being by providing fellowship and assistance for those dealing with life changing events. Provides opportunities to join with others with common struggles and issues for support.

Trips
Designed to promote social engagement and tour Colorado! We offer both van and coach trips several times a month to local attractions, restaurants, museums and historical points of interest.

Volunteer Opportunities
People who age well maintain a positive outlook and stay engaged in life. Volunteerism promotes social and civic engagement by providing opportunities to give and receive.
