Welcome to WebTrac!
What is my User Name and Password?
If you have registered for any pass or class at the Recreation Center in the past, a User Name and Password has been established. The default User Name is your home phone number, the Password is your last name.
[For security purposes, you will be prompted to make changes to the password and provide an email address during your initial login attempt.]
The Louisville Recreation and Senior Center is
pleased to offer WebTrac, our new online registration system. WebTrac will allow everyone:
- To browse our activity listings
- To search for activities by type, age range, location, and other criteria
- To lookup details about any activity, e.g. prices, dates, times, locations, or enrollment numbers.
Webtrac will also allow households that are already established in our registration database to do the following:
- Enroll for most of our classes and activities
- Print a transaction history
- Reprint old receipts
- Pay existing balances
What do I need to do to register for activities on-line?
Generally, any household that has signed up for an activity or pass within the
Department of Recreation and Senior Services (Louisville Recreation Center) in
the past two years, will have an account in our database. If you are unsure
whether you are in our system please email recreation@ci.louisville.co.us or
ask one of our staff members at the center. Usernames and Passwords have been
established for existing households.
The Louisville Recreation and Senior center sent out a notice announcing our new
on-line registration to those who have registered in the past year. Your user
name and ID was included in this notice. If you do not have this information
or cannot remember your password, please email recreation@ci.louisville.co.us .
For security reasons you will not be able to obtain this information by phone.
Once you have acquired your Username and Password you will be ready to register on-line.
I believe I am a new household and need to be added to the system.
Complete the new household information and an email with Username and Password
will be emailed to you. We must be able to verify your address so only property
owners will be eligible for this procedure. If you rent a home or other dwelling
in Louisville you will need to bring proof of residency to the center to be added
to our database and receive a Username and Password.
Notice to all users:
Payment is accepted with MasterCard or Visa only. Registrations will not be
completed until the payment is made. Those placed on a waiting list will not
be required to submit payment.
